The Ingredients:
  • Eggs (4-5) Boiled and cut into half
  • A cup full of the Basmati rice
  • Cumin seeds
  • Coriander
  • Cardamom (elaichi)
  • Kadi patta
  • Curd
  • Onions (chopped)
  • Some Fresh veggies (capsicums, tomatoes, carrots, peas, etc.)
  • Salt (as per your taste)
  • Red chilli powder (1 tbsp)
  • Garam masala
  • Cooking oil
  • Some water
  • Green chili
 The Procedure:
  • Boil some water in a bowl and keep your eggs in it for 5-10 minutes. Once the eggs are boiled, take them out and keep them aside.
  • Next, take a cup full of the best Basmati rice and soak it in water for about 15 minutes.
  • Once the rice is tender, take a pan and heat some oil in it.
  • Now, add cumin seeds, candamom, kadi patta, and chopped onions in it and sauté well.
  • Once the onions are golden in colour, add rice to the pan and stir well
  • Add curd to it and let it mix well with the contents.
  • Add salt, garam masala, red chilli powder and green chilies to the mixture and let it cook for a while.
  • Add the eggs you had boiled before to the mixture and stir it for a while
  • Now, do not take the rice out of the pan immediately.
  • Remove the lid and let the rice cool down a bit.
  • Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
