Zucchini Fritters

Chocolate Cupcakes

In a bowl, mix 400 g of almond flour, eggs, vanilla essence, castor sugar, dutch cocoa powder, a pinch of salt, and unsalted butter. Pour in the cake batter in greased silicone cupcake moulds. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins. Pipe some vanilla buttercream frosting on top of the chocolate cupcakes.
